Francis "Franny"/"Frannie" Jarvis is a former professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s who at representative level played for Other Nationalities, and at club level played for Bradford Northern, Featherstone Rovers, and Halifax, playing at Hooker, i.e. number 9.[1]
